Bio
I am a Southern Auckland based flautist who finished Bachelor of Honours degree in 2022.
I studied a Bachelor of Music Honours Degree (Flute Performance) at Waikato University, where I learnt flute skills and techniques, music theories, performance, concert organisation and teaching, under qualified professors. I am confident that I can pass this knowledge to students who wish to learn music. In terms of work experience, my two years of experience in Papakura music school, two terms at Baradene College of Sacred Heart, St. Mary’s College and Dilworth Boarding School shows that I am capable of teaching and taking care of students. But most importantly, I love music, teaching music, sharing my music experience and my love for music with young musicians.
I can travel to your home if you cannot come to my place.
Teaching Info
I always think about the students first. I consider myself as a kind and friendly person who cares for others and gives a hand to those who need it. I believe this is my core strength. Furthermore, I would describe myself as a consistent and diligent person who never gives up and understands what my responsibilities are.
I have experience of teaching from Papakura Music School, St. Mary’s College, Dilworth Boarding School, Baradene College of Sacred Heart. These experiences gave me strength to teach students in a group or individual.
