Bio
Hi there! I am a professional saxophonist and woodwind doubler.
About me: I graduated from Sydney Conservatorium of Music in 2012 with a Bachelor of Music (Performance). I have performed widely in Australia and have taught at many schools in Sydney. Over the past few years I have been working as a showband musician for international cruise lines such as Cunard, Norwegian Cruise Line and Regent Seven Seas Cruises. In 2024 I will be attending NZ Graduate School of Education to study a Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching.
I teach saxophone at all levels, flute and clarinet to grade 4.
I enjoy teaching students of all ages and skill levels and have experience with exams such as Trinity, ABRSM, NCEA, AMEB etc. Lessons can be fun and relaxed or challenging and goal directed depending on the student and your musical goals.
My specialty areas are jazz improvisation and jazz arranging but I can accommodate a wide range of styles and musical interests!
