Teaching Info
Naomi is happy to teach using either the Suzuki method or with the conventional method, individually or in groups.
Lessons are normally 20, 30, 45 minutes long depending on the student’s age and requirements.
Students learning with the Suzuki method are encouraged to go to workshops and camps. All students, Suzuki and conventional, are encouraged to play in concerts each term. This includes playing together in groups. All students are encouraged to visit and participate in festivals such as the Akaroa Music Festival.
Naomi is happy to coach students with Suzuki Graduations, performance exams such as ABRSM and to help with NCEA exams.
